Andrea F. Chavarria

Ms. Chavarria was born in Mexico and is fluent in Spanish. She graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and minor in Political Science. She also received a Master of Arts in International Relations and Diplomacy from Schiller International University in London, England. Afterwards, she graduated from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School.
Ms. Chavarria has been licensed with the State Bar of Texas since November of 2009 and was admitted to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to opening her own practice, Ms. Chavarria worked for immigration firms in Austin and Dallas.
Ms. Chavarria is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Dallas Bar Association, and Dallas Hispanic Bar Association. Ms. Chavarria is an advocate for immigrant rights. She works with organizations to promote and inform immigrants of their rights. She also handles pro bono cases for unaccompanied minors and asylees.
